Hi, I’m Stephanie!
I am a nutrition coach focused on finding the best low carb plan for your body.
Whether it is keto, paleo, Mediterranean, etc., we will use whole foods to get you to your goal of optimal health.
Your body and journey is unique so why wouldn’t your nutrition plan reflect that?
My main goal is to take away the frustration with your body, get you unstuck, and on the path to your ideal picture of health.
Whether you want to fit back into those jeans again, gain more energy, be able to power through that 3pm slump, or to simply feel more confident in a bathing suit, I will guide you there.
I personally found the ketogenic lifestyle in July of 2017.
The journey of having IBS, constant gut issues, and fatigue led me to look for a different route. I have tried every diet in the book: The Plan, The Master Cleanse, Paleo, Whole 30, FODMAP, etc. I couldn’t find any that were sustainable or that didn’t cause me gut problems!
All of that yo-yo dieting left me fatigued, annoyed, and with no solution. After finding keto, my IBS symptoms were gone! I felt like a normal person again. My health markers improved, and the mirror reflected a confident woman ready to take charge.
With my new flat tummy, more energy, gained better focus, and lost inches off my waistline, I felt inspired to share this new way of eating with others.
Unlike many other people, Keto was not a weightloss diet for me. It was a lifestyle that would change my relationship with food, give me freedom to enjoy food with others, and improve my mental health. Weight loss was just an added bonus!
Wanting to help others learn about the amazing benefits that keto and low carb can provide is what led me to start Foster Health. My goal is to teach you how to navigate this way of eating by giving you the tools and knowledge to be able to make this a lifestyle and not a diet. I want to make YOU the expert on YOUR body and health!
