The Boost the Booty program gives you everything you need to build a more voluptuous, well rounded booty and legs to compliment that butt in just 6 week

There are three phases in this program: My Humps, Apple Bottoms, and Bootyliscious! Each phase consists of two weeks with 3 glute focused workout days and 2 Active Recovery Days. Each Glute day will finish with either abs or a HIIT circuit to burn off extra fat!

2. You will need access to a fully equipped gym as this includes exercises using machine equipment, barbell racks, and free weights.

There are variations of exercises using different equipment according to the strategy of building those glutes. If you have a fully equipped home garage gym (Barbells, KettleBells, and Free Weights), then that can also be used or you can make the necessary adjustments to certain exercises to still get the benefits!

3. Comprehensive workout library with links detailing every exercise.

Some exercises can be confusing if you have never heard of or performed it before! No injuries are allowed in my program so form is KEY! This is why I have a completely separate page dedicated to an Exercise Index

4. 3 Glute/Leg focused building days every week to build that booty!

Progressive overload is HUGE when it comes to building muscle. The Boost the Booty program has that built in so all you need to do is SHOW UP, follow the exercises, and sweat it out! Each day has exercises along with supersets, which are two sets back to back with minimal rest to get that extra burn!

5. Google Sheet template to keep track of your weight and reps so you can effectively progress each week and keep track of your progress, and even re-use for a second 6 week cycle!

You don’t have to worry about signing up for an app or keeping up the latest technology. All you need is a google account and you have lifetime access to this Google Sheet Workout Template created to easily follow along and record your progress. You can write whatever you want in those exercises or columns to keep as detailed progress as you want or make it as simple as you desire! This sheet is copyrighted (and I have worked hard to create it) so please be respectful and keep your program to your own booty!

6. Built in Deload week to help your body recover before you move on to the next phase

Working out is mega important to building a peachy butt, but (pun intended) it is also important to recover properly. That is why I have built in active recovery days along with a deload week at the end of your program to help your body recover so you can hit it HARD at the gym without injuring yourself or diminished returns.

7. Two Week Low Carb nutrition plan with general macros to help you stay on top of your diet!

Not necessary to use, however, this can be an effective tool to help you shed off some extra blubber (but not that booty!) and properly fuel your workouts. Some days even have recipes and product recommendations so you don’t have to worry about scouring the internet all day! This is geared towards someone who wants simple, delicious, and easy meals to follow along. I have even broken down the macros for each day so you don’t have to! These two weeks are lower carb with some targeted carbs around you workouts to help fuel/recover from your workouts.

8. Instructional video detailing how to use this program.

You still get to see my smiling face as I break down how to use this program and what to look out for when it comes to your body. Let’s keep this as simple and fun as possible!

9. Email support should you have any pressing questions!
